परतन्त्रता का बंधन अपने ही मन के व्यर्थ कमजोर संकल्पों की जाल है। यह जाल क्वेश्चन के रूप में होती है। जब क्वेश्चन उठता है – पता नहीं क्या होगा, ऐसे तो नहीं होगा…..तो जाल बन जाती है। लेकिन संगमयुगी ब्राह्मणों का एक ही समर्थ संकल्प हो कि जो होगा वह कल्याणकारी होगा, श्रेष्ठ वा अच्छे से अच्छा होगा – इस समर्थ सकल्प से जाल को समाप्त कर दो तो बन्धनमुक्त स्वतन्त्र आत्मा बन जायेंगे।
स्लोगन: ज्ञानी और योगी तू आत्मा का प्रैक्टिकल स्वरूप नम्रता और निर्भयता है।

Obstructions in the speed of effort and their resolution.

Blessing: May you be a liberated soul who finishes the web of weak thoughts and becomes liberated from the bondage of dependency.Any bondage of dependency is a web of the waste thoughts of your own mind. This web is in the form of questions. When the question arises, “I don’t know what is going to happen. Perhaps it would be like this”, then it becomes like a web. However, confluence-aged Brahmins have only one powerful thought: Whatever happens will be beneficial, elevated and the best of all. Finish the web with this powerful thought and you will become free from bondage and a liberated soul.

प्रश्न: सेकेण्ड में जीवनमुक्ति प्राप्त करने की विधि और उसका गायन क्या है ?
उत्तर: सेकेण्ड में जीवनमुक्ति प्राप्त करने के लिए प्रवृत्ति में रहते कमल फूल समान पवित्र बनो। सिर्फ इस अन्तिम जन्म में पवित्रता की प्रतिज्ञा करो तो जीवनमुक्ति मिल जायेगी। इस पर ही राजा जनक का मिसाल गाया हुआ है कि गृहस्थ व्यवहार में रहते एक सेकेण्ड में प्रतिज्ञा के आधार पर जीवनमुक्ति प्राप्त की।

धारणा के लिए मुख्य सार:१.बाप जो सुनाते हैं वह एक कान से सुन दूसरे से निकालना नहीं है। ज्ञान के नशे में रह अतीन्द्रिय सुख का अनुभव करना है।२.सभी को सेकेण्ड में मुक्ति-जीवनमुक्ति का अधिकार देने के लिए यही महामन्त्र सुनाना है कि “देह सहित देह के सब सम्बन्धों को त्याग बाप को याद करो।”
वरदान: रियलाइजेशन द्वारा निर्बल से शक्तिशाली बनने वाले मास्टर सर्वशक्तिमान भवमानव जीवन की मानवता का आधार आत्मा पर है, मैं कौन सी आत्मा हूँ, क्या हूँ – यदि यह रियलाइज कर लें तो शान्ति स्वधर्म हो जाये। मैं श्रेष्ठ आत्मा हूँ, सर्वशक्तिमान की सन्तान हूँ – यह रियलाइजेशन निर्बल से शक्तिशाली बना देती है। ऐसी शक्तिशाली आत्मा वा मास्टर सर्वशक्तिमान आत्मा जो चाहे, जैसे चाहे वह प्रैक्टिकल कर सकती है।

While living at home with his family, he received liberation-in-life in a second on the basis of making a promise.

Essence for dharna:1.Don’t simply listen through one ear to whatever the Father tells you and then let it out through the other. Have the intoxication of knowledge and experience supersensuous joy.
2.Tell everyone this great mantra in order to give them the right to liberation and liberation-in-life in a second: “Renounce your body and all bodily relations and remember the one Father.”
Blessing: May you be a master almighty authority and with realisation, become powerful from being weak.The humanity of human life is based on the soul: what type of a soul I; am, what I am. If you realise this, you can then remain stable in peace, your original religion. “I am an elevated soul, I am a child of the Almighty Authority”, this realisation will make you powerful from weak. Such powerful souls or master almighty authority souls can do what they want, in whichever way they want in a practical way.

घर ले जायेंगे, सब पापों से मुक्त कर देंगे, स्वर्ग का मालिक बना देंगे'' 

प्रश्न: अपने आपको खुशी में रखने के लिए कौन सी मुख्य धारणा चाहिए ?
उत्तर: खुशी में तभी रह सकते जब अपने आपसे रूह-रिहान करना आता हो। किसी भी 

चीज में आसक्ति न हो। दो रोटी पेट को मिले, बस - ऐसी अनासक्त वृत्ति की धारणा हो 

तब हार्षित रहेंगे। ज्ञान का मनन कर स्वयं को हर्षित रखो। तुम कर्मयोगी हो, कर्म करते, 

घर का काम करते, खाना आदि खाते भी बाप को याद करो। स्वदर्शन चक्र बुद्धि में घूमता 

रहे, तो बहुत खुशी रहेगी। 

गीत: न वह हमसे जुदा होंगे........ 

धारणा के लिए मुख्य सार :

१.चलते-फिरते लाइट हाउस बन सभी को रास्ता बताना है। सब आशायें छोड़ एक बाप 

की याद में रहना है। बाप से राय लेते रहना है। 

२.ज्ञान की बातों में ही रमण करना है। अपने आपसे बातें करनी है। स्वदर्शन चक्र 

फिराते सदा हार्षित रहना है। 

वरदान: मैं-पन के दरवाजे को बन्द कर माया को विदाई देने वाले निमित्त और निर्माण भव

 सेवाधारी अगर सेवा करते कभी यह संकल्प भी उठाते हैं कि मैंने किया, तो यह मैं-पन आना 

माना सारे किये हुए कार्य पर पानी डाल देना। सेवाधारी अर्थात् करावनहार बाप कभी नहीं भूले, 

वह करा रहे हैं, हम निमित्त बन कर रहे हैं। जहाँ निमित्त भाव है वहाँ निर्माण भाव स्वत: होगा। 

निमित्त हूँ, निर्माण हूँ तो माया आ नहीं सकती। मैं-पन के दरवाजे को बन्द कर दो तो माया 

विदाई ले लेगी। 

स्लोगन: जो होलीहंस हैं उनकी विशेषता स्वच्छता है, स्वच्छ बन सबको स्वच्छ बनाना ही उनकी सेवा है।

Essence: Sweet children, have true love for the one Father and He will 
take you back home with Him. He will liberate you from all sins and make
you into the masters of heaven. 

Question: What main dharna is needed in order to keep yourself happy ?
Answer: Only when you know how to have a spiritual conversation with 
yourself can you remain happy. Let there not be attachment to anything. 
Your stomach only needs two chapattis, that’s all. Only when you have the 
dharna of an attitude that is free from attraction can you remain cheerful. 
Churn knowledge and keep yourself happy. You are karma yogis. While 
working, performing your household chores and eating, remember the 
Father. Let the discourse of self-realization continues to spin in your 
intellects and there will be a lot of happiness. 

Song: Neither will He be separated from me, nor will the love in my heart 
disappear!
Essence for dharna: 

1.While walking and moving around be lighthouses and show everyone the 
path. Renounce all desires and stay in remembrance of the one Father. 
Continue to take advice from the Father. 

2.Entertain yourselves with things of knowledge. Talk to yourself. Spin the 
discus of self-realisation and remain constantly cheerful.
Blessing: May you become a humble instrument by closing the door 
to the consciousness of “I” and biddingfarewell to Maya. 

When a server doing service has the thought: “I did this”, to have that 
consciousness of “I” means to pour water over everything that server has 
done. A server means one who never forgets the Father who inspires it to 
be done and that He is the One who is making you do everything and that 
you are just doing it as an instrument. Where there is the consciousness of 
being an instrument, there will automatically be the consciousness of humility. 
When one is an instrument and humble, Maya cannot come. Close the door 
to the consciousness of “I” and Maya will bid farewell. 

Slogan: The speciality of holy swans is cleanliness and their duty is 
to become clean and make everyone clean.

प्रश्न: बच्चों में कौन-सी शुभ कामना उत्पन्न होना भी अच्छे पुरूषार्थ की निशानी है ?
उत्तर: बच्चों में यदि यह शुभ कामना रहती है कि हम मात-पिता को फालो कर गद्दी पर बैठेंगे तो यह भी बहुत अच्छी हिम्मत है। जो कहते हैं-बाबा, हम तो पूरा इम्तहान पास करेंगे, यह भी शुभ बोलते हैं। इसके लिए जरूर पुरूषार्थ भी इतना तीव्र करना है।
गीत: हमारे तीर्थ न्यारे हैं……..
धारणा के लिए मुख्य सार:१.शिवबाबा के घर का अव्यभिचारी राही बन योगबल से विकर्मों को दग्ध करना है। ज्ञान का सिमरण कर अपार खुशी में रहना है।
२.बाप समान गद्दी नशीन बनने की शुभ कामना रखते हुए बाप को पूरा फालो करना है।
वरदान: प्राप्तियों की इच्छा से इच्छा मात्रम् अविद्या बन सदा भरपूर रहने वाले निष्काम सेवाधारी भवजो निष्काम सेवाधारी हैं उनके सामने सर्व प्राप्तियां स्वत: आती हैं। लेकिन प्राप्ति आपके आगे भल आये, आप प्राप्तियों को स्वीकार नहीं करो। अगर इच्छा रखी तो सर्व प्राप्तियां होते भी कमी महसूस होगी। सदा अपने को खाली समझेंगे इसलिए इच्छा मात्रम अविद्या बन सर्व प्राप्तियों से भरपूर रहो। संगमयुग पर बापदादा द्वारा जो भी अविनाशी प्राप्तियां हुई हैं, उन्हीं प्राप्तियों के झूले में सदा झूलते रहो तो कोई भी भूलें नहीं होंगी।

Even though attainments may come in front of you, you must not accept them. If you have any desire for those, then, although having all attainments, you would experience a lack of them and always consider yourself to be empty. Therefore, be ignorant of the knowledge of desire and remain full of all attainments. Constantly continue to swing in the swing (jhule) of all the imperishable attainments you have attained from BapDada at the confluence age and you will not make any mistakes (bhule).

प्रश्न: जिन बच्चों को ज्ञान का नशा चढ़ा होगा, उनकी निशानी क्या होगी ?
उत्तर: उन्हें सर्विस का बहुत-बहुत शौक होगा। वह सदा मन्सा और वाचा सेवा में तत्पर रहेंगे। सबको बाप का परिचय दे सबूत देंगे। बादशाही स्थापन करने निमित्त सहन भी करना पड़े तो सहन करेंगे। बाप के पूरे-पूरे मददगार बन भारत को स्वर्ग बनाने की सेवा करेंगे।
गीत: माता ओ माता तू सबकी भाग्य विधाता……..
धारणा के लिए मुख्य सार:१.बुद्धियोग एक बाप से रखना है, मनमनाभव के छू मंत्र से इस दुनिया को स्वर्ग बनाना है।
२.सार्विस में कभी थकना नहीं है। स्थूल सेवा के साथ-साथ रूहानी सेवा भी करनी है। मनमनाभव का मन्त्र सबको याद दिलाना है।
वरदान: दिल के स्नेह और संबंध के आधार पर समीपता का अनुभव करने वाले निरन्तर योगी भवब्राह्मण आत्माओं में कोई दिल के स्नेह, सम्बन्ध से याद करते हैं और कोई दिमाग अर्थात् नॉलेज के आधार पर संबंध को अनुभव करने का बार-बार प्रयत्न करते हैं। जहाँ दिल का स्नेह और संबंध अति प्यारा अर्थात् समीप है वहाँ याद भूलना मुश्किल है। जैसे शरीर के अन्दर नस-नस में ब्लड समाया हुआ है ऐसे आत्मा में निश-पल अर्थात् हर पल याद समाई हुई है, इसको कहते हैं दिल के स्नेह सम्पन्न निरन्तर याद।
स्लोगन: नि:स्वार्थ और निर्विकल्प स्थिति से सेवा करो तब सफलता मिलेगी।

Question: What are the signs of children who have intoxication of knowledge ?
Answer: They have a lot of interest in doing service. They always remain engaged in service through the mind and words. They give everyone the Father's introduction and give the proof of it. While establishing the kingdom, if they have to tolerate anything, they do so. They are complete helpers of the Father and do the service of making Bharat into heaven. 

Song: Mother, o mother, you are the bestower of fortune for all!
Essence for dharna: 

1.Keep your intellect’s yoga connected to the one Father. Make this world into heaven with the magic of the mantra of manmanabhav. 

2.Never become tired of doing service. Together with physical service, also do spiritual service. Remind everyone of the mantra of manmanabhav.

Blessing: May you be a constant yogi who experiences closeness on the basis of love in the heart and a relationship. 

Among Brahmin souls, some remember Baba with love in their hearts and a relationship whereas others remember with their heads, that is, they try again and again to experience a relationship on the basis of knowledge. Where there is a very loving relationship in the heart, that is, where there is closeness, it is difficult to forget remembrance. Just as, physically in the body, there is blood in every vein, in the same way, remembrance is merged in the soul at 

every moment. This is said to be constant remembrance of a heart filled with love.

इस `फिर से' शब्द में ही सारा चक्र समाया हुआ है'' 

प्रश्न: बाप भी प्रबल है तो माया भी? दोनों की प्रबलता क्या है ?
उत्तर: बाप तुम्हें पतित से पावन बनाते, पावन बनाने में बाप प्रबल है इसलिए बाप को 

पतित-पावन सर्व-शक्तिमान कहा जाता है। माया फिर पतित बनाने में प्रबल है। सच्ची कमाई 

में गृहचारी ऐसी बैठती है जो फायदे के बदले घाटा हो जाता है, विकारों के पीछे माया तवाई 

बना देती है इसलिए बाबा कहते - बच्चे, देही-अभिमानी बनने का पुरूषार्थ करो। 

गीत: हमें उन राहों पर चलना है........ 

धारणा के लिए मुख्य सार:

१.बुद्धि की लाइन सदा क्लीयर रहे इसके लिए देही-अभिमानी रहना है। सच्ची कमाई में 

माया किसी प्रकार से घाटा न डाल दे - यह सम्भाल करनी है। 

२.कर्मेन्द्रियों से कोई भी विकर्म नहीं करना है। इन्श्योर करने के बाद सार्विस भी जरूर करनी है। 

वरदान: ``मेरा बाबा'' के स्मृति स्वरूप द्वारा समर्थियों का अधिकार प्राप्त करने वाले समर्थ आत्मा भव 

कल्प पहले की स्मृति आते ही बच्चे कहते तुम मेरे हो और बाप कहते तुम मेरे हो। इस मेरे-पन 

की स्मृति से नया जीवन, नया जहान मिल गया और सदा के लिए ``मेरा बाबा'' इस स्मृति 

स्वरूप में टिक गये। इसी स्मृति के रिटर्न में समर्था स्वरूप बन गये, जो जितना स्मृति में रहते 

हैं उतना उन्हें समर्थियों का अधिकार प्राप्त होता है। जहाँ स्मृति है वहाँ समर्थी है ही। थोड़ी भी 

विस्मृति है तो व्यर्थ है इसलिए सदा स्मृति स्वरूप सो समर्थ स्वरूप बनो। 

स्लोगन: हार्ड वर्कर के साथ-साथ स्थिति में भी सदा हार्ड (मजबूत) बनो।

is merged in the words ‘once again’. 

Question: The Father is powerful and Maya too is powerful. What is each powerful in? 
Answer: The Father makes you pure from impure. The Father is powerful in making you pure and this is why He is called the Purifier and the Almighty Authority. Maya is powerful in making you impure. There are such bad omens while earning 

a true income that, instead of profit, there is loss. Maya makes you crazy for the vices. This is why Baba says: Children, make effort to become soul conscious. 

Song: We have to walk on the path where we may fall, so we have to be cautious! 
Essence for dharna: 

1.Remain soul conscious so that the line of your intellect always stays clear. While earning your true income, be cautious 

that Maya doesn’t make you incur a loss in any way. 

2.Don’t perform any sinful actions through your physical organs. After insuring yourselves, you also definitely have to do service. 
Blessing: May you be a powerful soul who attains a right to powers by being an embodiment of the awareness “My Baba”. 

As soon as you have the awareness of the previous cycle, you children say “You are mine” and the Father says “You are Mine”. With the awareness of the consciousness of “mine” you found a new life and a new world and you became stable in being an 

embodiment of the awareness of “My Baba”. With the return of this awareness, you have become an embodiment of power. To the extent that you maintain this awareness, you accordingly claim a right to the powers. Where there is awareness, 

there is also power. If there is the slightest forgetfulness, there is then waste. Therefore, be a constant embodiment of awareness and so an embodiment of power. 

Slogan: As well as being a hard worker, also be hard (strong) in your stage.

प्रश्न: किस अटल भावी को जानते हुए तुम्हें सदा निश्चिंत रहना है ?
उत्तर: तुम जानते हो कि इस पुरानी दुनिया का विनाश अवश्य होना है। भल पीस के लिए प्रयास करते रहते हैं लेकिन नर चाहत कुछ और…….. कितना भी कोशिश करें यह भावी टल नहीं सकती। नैचुरल कैलेमिटीज़ आदि भी होनी हैं। तुम्हें नशा है कि हमने ईश्वरीय गोद ली है, जो साक्षात्कार किये हैं, वह सब प्रैक्टिकल में होना ही है, इसलिए तुम सदा निश्चिन्त रहते हो।धारणा के लिए मुख्य सार:१.शरीर निर्वाह अर्थ काम करते देही-अभिमानी रहने का अभ्यास करना है। किसी भी परिस्थिति में रोना वा देह-अभिमान में नहीं आना है।
२.श्रीमत पर अपना और दूसरों का कल्याण करना है। सपूत बन बाप का नाम बाला करना है।
वरदान: अपने हार्षित चेहरे द्वारा प्रभू पसन्द बनने वाले खुशियों के खजाने से सम्पन्न भवबापदादा ने ब्राह्मण जन्म होते ही सबको खुशी का बड़े से बड़ा खजाना दिया है, यह ब्राह्मण जन्म की गिफ्ट है। बापदादा हर बच्चे का चेहरा सदा खुश देखना चाहते हैं। सदा हार्षित, चेयरफुल चेहरा ही प्रभू पसन्द है और हर एक को भी वही पसन्द आता है। सदा खुश रहने के लिए यही गीत गाते रहो कि “पाना था वो पा लिया”, काम बाकी क्या रहा। नशे से कहो कि हम खुश नहीं रहेंगे तो कौन रहेगा!
स्लोगन: निराकारी, निरंहकारी स्थिति में स्थित रहकर, विश्व को प्रकाशित करने वाले ही चैतन्य दीपक हैं।

Essence for dharna:1.While performing actions for the livelihood of your body, practise remaining soul conscious. Under no circumstances must you cry or become body conscious.
2.Benefit yourself and others by following shrimat. Become worthy and glorify the Father’s name.
Blessing: May you be full of the treasure of happiness and with your cheerful face be loved by God.BapDada gave each of you the biggest treasure of happiness as soon as you took your Brahmin birth. This is the gift of the Brahmin birth. BapDada wishes to see the face of every child happy. A constantly cheerful face is loved by God and everyone also likes that type of face. In order to remain constantly happy, continue to sing the song: I have attained that which I wanted to attain. What else remains? Speak with intoxication: If I don’t remain happy, then who will?
