उत्तर: खुशी में रहने के लिए विचार सागर मंथन करो। अपने आपसे बातें करना सीखो। अगर 

कर्मभोग आता है तो खुशी में रहने के लिए विचार करो-यह तो पुरानी जुत्ती है, हम तो 21 जन्मों 

के लिए निरोगी काया वाले बन रहे हैं, जन्म-जन्मान्तर के लिए यह कर्मभोग समाप्त हो रहा है। 

कोई भी बीमारी छूटती है, आफ़त हट जाती है तो खुशी होती है ना। ऐसे विचार कर खुशी में रहो।

१.कछुए मिसल सब कर्मेन्द्रियों को समेट बाप और वर्से को याद करना है। कर्मयोगी बनना है।

second with the powers of knowledge and yoga.

A mahavir means one who is constantly a light-and-might-house. Knowledge is
light and yoga is might. Those who are full of both these powers pass through
all situations in a second. If you develop the sanskars of not passing on time, 

then, in the final period too, that sanskar will not allow you to pass fully.
Those who pass fully on time are said to pass with honours. Even Dharamraj honours such souls.

उत्तर: जो सम्पूर्ण सरेन्डर हैं वह देही-अभिमानी होंगे। यह देह भी हमारी नहीं, अभी हम नंगे बनते हैं अर्थात् तन-मन-धन जो कुछ है, वह बाबा को अर्पण करते हैं। सब मेरा मेरा समाप्त कर पूरे ट्रस्टी होकर रहना ही सम्पूर्ण सरेन्डर होना है। बाबा कहते-बच्चे, मेरा बनकर सबसे ममत्व मिटा दो। धन्धा धोरी करो, सम्भालो, माँ बाप की पालना का कर्जा उतारो परन्तु बाप की श्रीमत पर ट्रस्टी होकर।
