वरदान: अपनी शुभ भावना द्वारा निर्बल आत्माओं में बल भरने वाले सदा शक्ति स्वरूप भव!

Essence: Sweet children, you have to purify the entire world with the power of yoga(yogbal). By conquering Maya with the power of yoga you can become the conquerors of the world (jagatjeet). 

Question: What is the Father's part? On what basis have you children recognised that part ? 

Answer: The Father's part is to remove everyone's sorrow and bestow happiness, to release everyone from the chains of Ravan. The night of devotion ends when the Father comes. The Father Himself gives you His own introduction and also the introduction of His property. By knowing the one Father you come to know everything. 

Song: You are the Mother and You are the Father. .. तुम्ही हो माता पिता तुम्हीं हो.... Tumhi ho mata pita tumhi ho...

Essence for dharna: 

1.Make the soul satopradhan by removing all your iron-aged bondages of karma (kaliyugi karmbandhan) from your intellect and by donating the five vices. Maintain the pure pride of silence. 

2.Use your body, mind and wealth in a worthwhile way by sacrificing them with happiness into this sacrificial fire of Rudra. Give everything to the Father at this present time and claim your kingdom for 21 births from the Father. 

Blessing: May you constantly be an embodiment of power (shakti swaroop) and fill weak souls with power through your good wishes. 

The special service of you serviceable children is to remain embodiments of power yourselves and to make everyone an embodiment of power, that is, to fill weak souls with power. For this, always be an embodiment of good wishes and elevated feelings. Good wishes does not mean that you have pure feelings (shubh bhavna) for others such that you become emotional (bhaav vaan). Do not make this mistake. Let your good wishes also be unlimited. To have special feelings for one is damaging. Therefore, have an unlimited stage and, on the basis of the powers you have attained, become an embodiment of power.

Slogan: The ornaments are the decoration (shringaar) of Brahmin life; therefore, be one holding the ornaments (alankaari), not one who has arrogance (ahankaari).

प्रश्न: बाप की पढ़ाई में तुम्हें कौन-सी विद्या नहीं सिखाई जाती है ?
उत्तर: भूत विद्या। किसी के संकल्पों को रीड करना, यह भूत विद्या है, तुम्हें यह विद्या नहीं सिखाई जाती। बाप कोई थॉट रीडर नहीं है। वह जानी जाननहार अर्थात् नॉलेजफुल है। बाप आते हैं तुम्हें रूहानी पढ़ाई पढ़ाने, जिस पढ़ाई से तुम्हें 21 जन्मों के लिए विश्व की राजाई मिलती है। धारणा के लिए मुख्य सार :
१.बाप की याद से अपार सुखों का अनुभव करने के लिए बुद्धि की लाइन क्लीयर चाहिए। याद जब अग्नि का रूप ले तब आत्मा सतोप्रधान बनें।
२.बाप कौड़ियों के बदले रत्न देते हैं। ऐसे भोलानाथ बाप से अपनी झोली भरनी है। शान्त में रहने की पढ़ाई पढ़ सद्गति को प्राप्त करना है। 

 वरदान: अव्यक्त स्वरूप की साधना द्वारा पावरफुल वायुमण्डल बनाने वाले अव्यक्त फरिश्ता भव ! वायुमण्डल को पावरफुल बनाने का साधन है अपने अव्यक्त स्वरूप की साधना। इसका बार-बार अटेन्शन रहे क्योंकि जिस बात की साधना की जाती है उसी बात का ध्यान रहता है। तो अव्यक्त स्वरूप की साधना अर्थात् बार-बार अटेन्शन की तपस्या चाहिए इसलिए अव्यक्त फरिश्ता भव के वरदान को स्मृति में रख शक्तिशाली वायुमण्डल बनाने की तपस्या करो तो आपके सामने जो भी आयेगा वह व्यक्त और व्यर्थ बातों से परे हो जायेगा।

स्लोगन: सर्व शक्तिमान् बाप को प्रत्यक्ष करने के लिए एकाग्रता की शक्ति को बढ़ाओ।

He is called Janijananhar (Knower of all secrets), that is, He is knowledge-full. The Father comes to teach you this spiritual study through which you claim the kingdom of the world for 21 births.
Essence for Dharna:
1.In order to experience limitless happiness through having loving remembrance of the Father, you must keep the line of your intellect clear. Souls become satopradhan when remembrance takes the form of fire.
2.In return for your shells, the Father gives you jewels. Fill your aprons from such an Innocent Lord. Attain salvation by studying the study of remaining in silence. Blessing: May you be an avyakt angel who creates a powerful atmosphere by making spiritual endeavour for the avyakt form.
The way to make the atmosphere powerful is to make spiritual endeavour for the avyakt form. Repeatedly pay attention to this because whatever you are making spiritual endeavour for, your attention stays on that. Spiritual endeavour for the avyakt form means to have tapasya of repeatedly paying attention. Therefore, keeping the blessing of “May you be an avyakt angel” in your awareness, do tapasya to make the atmosphere powerful. Then, whoever comes in front of you will go beyond any gross or wasteful matters. Slogan: Increase the power of concentration to reveal the Almighty Authority Father.

प्रश्न: अच्छे-अच्छे पुरुषार्थी बच्चों की निशानी क्या होगी ?
उत्तर: जो अच्छे पुरुषार्थी हैं वह सवेरे-सवेरे उठकर देही-अभिमानी रहने की प्रैक्टिस करेंगे। वह एक बाप को याद करने का पुरूषार्थ करेंगे। उन्हें लक्ष्य रहता कि और कोई देहधारी याद न आये, निरन्तर बाप और 84 के चक्र की याद रहे। यह भी अहो सौभाग्य कहेंगे।
धारणा के लिए मुख्य सार :-
१.बाप से आशीर्वाद मांगने के बजाए याद की यात्रा से अपना सब हिसाब चुक्तू करना है। पावन बनने का पुरूषार्थ करना है। इस ड्रामा को यथार्थ रीति समझना है।
२.इस पुरानी दुनिया को देखते हुए भी याद नहीं करना है। कर्मयोगी बनना है। सदा हार्षित रहने का अभ्यास करना है। कभी भी रोना नहीं है।

वरदान: प्रवृत्ति में रहते पर-वृत्ति में रहने वाले निरन्तर योगी भव! 
निरन्तर योगी बनने का सहज साधन है-प्रवृत्ति में रहते पर-वृत्ति में रहना। पर-वृत्ति अर्थात् आत्मिक रूप। जो आत्मिक रूप में स्थित रहता है वह सदा न्यारा और बाप का प्यारा बन जाता है। कुछ भी करेगा लेकिन यह महसूस होगा जैसे काम नहीं किया है लेकिन खेल किया है। तो प्रवृत्ति में रहते आत्मिक रूप में रहने से सब खेल की तरह सहज अनुभव होगा। बंधन नहीं लगेगा। सिर्फ स्नेह और सहयोग के साथ शक्ति की एडीशन करो तो हाईजम्प लगा लेंगे। 

स्लोगन: बुद्धि की महीनता अथवा आत्मा का हल्कापन ही ब्राह्मण जीवन की पर्सनैलिटी है।

Question: What are the signs of the children who are very good effort-makers ? Answer: Those who are good effort-makers wake up early in the morning and practise being soul conscious. They make effort to remember the one Father. Their aim is not to remember bodily beings but constantly to remember the Father and the cycle of 84 births. This is such wonderful fortune!
Essence for Dharna:
1.Instead of asking the Father for blessings, settle all your karmic accounts through the pilgrimage of remembrance. Make effort to become pure. Understand this drama accurately.
2.While seeing this old world, do not remember anything. Become a karma yogi. Practise remaining constantly cheerful. Never cry.
Blessing: May you be a constant yogi who has an attitude of being beyond (par vriti) while living in your household (pravruti).
The easy way to be a constant yogi is to have an attitude of being beyond while living in your household. “An attitude beyond” means the soul-conscious form. Those who remain stable in the soul-conscious form are always detached and loving to the Father. While doing anything, they feel that they haven’t done anything, but are just playing a game. By having the soul¬conscious form while living in a household, they experience everything to be as easy as a game. It would not feel like a bondage. Together with love and co-operation, simply add the addition of power and you will take a high jump. Slogan: Subtlety of the intellect and lightness of the soul are the personality of Brahmin life.

प्रश्न: बाप के वर्से का अधिकार किस पुरूषार्थ से प्राप्त होता है ?
उत्तर: सदा भाई-भाई की दृष्टि रहे। स्त्री-पुरूष का जो भान है वह निकल जाए, तब बाप के वर्से का पूरा अधिकार प्राप्त हो। परन्तु स्त्री-पुरूष का भान वा यह दृष्टि निकलना बड़ा मुश्किल है। इसके लिए देही- अभिमानी बनने का अभ्यास चाहिए। जब बाप के बच्चे बनेंगे तब वर्सा मिलेगा। एक बाप की याद से सतोप्रधान बनने वाले ही मुक्ति-जीवनमुक्ति का वर्सा पाते हैं।
गीत: आखिर वह दिन आया आज......
धारणा के लिए मुख्य सार :
१.पावन बनने के लिए हम आत्मा भाई-भाई हैं, फिर ब्रह्मा बाप की सन्तान भाई-बहन हैं, यह दृष्टि पक्की करनी है। आत्मा और शरीर दोनों को ही पावन सतोप्रधान बनाना है। देह-अभिमान छोड़ देना है।
२.मास्टर नॉलेजफुल बन सभी को रचता और रचना का ज्ञान सुनाकर घोर अन्धियारे से निकालना है। नर्कवासी मनुष्यों की रूहानी सेवा कर स्वर्गवासी बनाना है। 

वरदान: “एक बाप दूसरा न कोई” इस स्मृति से बंधनमुक्त, योगयुक्त भव!
अब घर जाने का समय है इसलिए बंधनमुक्त और योगयुक्त बनो। बंधनमुक्त अर्थात् लूज ड्रेस, टाइट नहीं। आर्डर मिला और सेकण्ड में गया। ऐसे बंधनमुक्त, योगयुक्त स्थिति का वरदान प्राप्त करने के लिए सदा यह वायदा स्मृति में रहे कि "एक बाप दूसरा न कोई।'' क्योंकि घर जाने के लिए वा सतयुगी राज्य में आने के लिए इस पुराने शरीर को छोड़ना पड़ेगा। तो चेक करो ऐसे एवररेडी बने हैं या अभी तक कुछ रस्सियां बंधी हुई है? यह पुराना चोला टाइट तो नहीं है? 

स्लोगन: व्यर्थ संकल्प रूपी एकस्ट्रा भोजन नहीं करो तो मोटेपन की बीमारियों से बच जायेंगे।

Answer: Only by constantly maintaining the vision of brotherhood and removing all consciousness of man and woman can you claim a full right to the Father's inheritance. However, it is very difficult to remove the consciousness and vision of man and woman. For this you need to practise remaining soul conscious. When you become a child of the Father you receive the inheritance. Only those who become satopradhan by having remembrance of the one Father can claim the inheritance of liberation and liberation-in-life.
Song: At last the day for which we had been waiting has come.
Essence for Dharna:
1.In order to become pure, make your vision firm that all of you souls are brothers. Then, as children of Father Brahma, you are all brothers and sisters. Both the souls and the bodies have to be purified and made satopradhan. Renounce body consciousness. 2. Become master knowledge-full and give everyone the knowledge of the Creator and creation and thereby remove them from extreme darkness. Do spiritual service of the people who are residents of hell and make them into residents of heaven. Blessing: May you be yogyukt and free from bondage with the awareness of belonging to the one Father and none other.
It is now time to go home, therefore, be free from bondage and yogyukt. To be free from bondage means to have a loose dress, not a tight one. As soon as you receive an order, you go in a second. In order to receive a blessing for such a stage that is free from bondage and yogyukt, let there always be this promise in your awareness that you belong to the one Father and none other. This is because, in order to go home and to the golden-aged kingdom, you have to renounce your old body. So, check: Have I become ever-ready to this extent or are some strings still tied ? This old dress is not tight, is it ? Slogan: Do not eat extra food of waste thoughts and you will be protected from the illness of putting on weight.

माई है, पढ़ाई सोर्स ऑफ इनकम है, इस पढ़ाई से ही तुम्हें 21 जन्मों के लिए खजाना जमा करना है” प्रश्न: जिन बच्चों पर ब्रहस्पति की दशा होगी उनकी निशानी क्या दिखाई देगी ?
उत्तर: उनका पूरा-पूरा ध्यान श्रीमत पर होगा। पढ़ाई अच्छी तरह पढ़ेंगे। कभी भी फेल नहीं होंगे। श्रीमत का उल्लंघन करने वाले ही पढ़ाई में फेल होते हैं, उन पर फिर राहू की दशा बैठ जाती है। अभी तुम बच्चों पर वृक्षपति बाप द्वारा ब्रहस्पति की दशा बैठी है।
गीत: इस पाप की दुनिया से ..........
धारणा के लिए मुख्य सार :
१.इस पुरानी दुनिया को देखते हुए बुद्धि का योग बाप वा नई दुनिया तरफ लगा रहे। ध्यान रहे - कर्मेन्द्रियों से कोई विकर्म न हो जाए। हमेशा शुद्ध कर्म करने है, अन्दर कोई बीमारी है तो सर्जन से राय लेनी है।
२.संगदोष बहुत खराब है, इससे अपनी बहुत-बहुत सम्भाल करनी है। अपने को और परिवार को सुखदाई बनाना है। पढ़ाई के लिए कभी बहाना नहीं देना है। 

वरदान: स्मृति का स्विच ऑन कर सेकण्ड में अशरीरी स्थिति का अनुभव करने वाले प्रीत बुद्धि भव! जहाँ प्रभू प्रीत है वहाँ अशरीरी बनना एक सेकण्ड के खेल के समान है। जैसे स्विच ऑन करते ही अंधकार समाप्त हो जाता है। ऐसे प्रीत बुद्धि बन स्मृति का स्विच ऑन करो तो देह और देह की दुनिया की स्मृति का स्विच ऑफ हो जायेगा। यह सेकण्ड का खेल है। मुख से बाबा कहने में भी टाइम लगता है लेकिन स्मृति में लाने में टाइम नहीं लगता। यह बाबा शब्द ही पुरानी दुनिया को भूलने का आत्मिक बाम्ब है। 

स्लोगन:- देह भान की मिट्टी के बोझ से परे रहो तो डबल लाइट फरिश्ता बन जायेंगे।

1.Whilst seeing this old world, your intellect’s yoga should be focused on the Father and the new world. Pay attention that you don’t perform any sinful act through your sense organs. Always perform pure actions. If you have any sickness inside you, take advice from the Surgeon.
2.The influence of bad company is very negative. Caution yourself against this. Make yourself and your family into bestowers of happiness. Never make excuses for not studying.
Blessing: May you have a loving intellect and experience the bodiless stage in a second by switching on your awareness.
Where there is love for God, it is like a game of a second to become bodiless, just as darkness is dispelled as soon as you put on a switch. In the same way, have a loving intellect and switch on your awareness and the switch of the body and the bodily world will then be switched off. This is a game of a second. It takes time even to say the word, “Baba”, but it doesn’t take long to bring Him into your awareness. This word “Baba” is a soul-conscious bomb to forget the old world.
Slogan: Remain beyond the burden of the dust of body consciousness and you will become a double light angel.

प्रश्न: तुम बच्चों का सहज पुरूषार्थ क्या है ?
उत्तर: बाप कहते हैं तुम बिल्कुल चुप रहो, चुप रहने से ही बाप का वर्सा ले लेंगे। बाप को याद करना है, सृष्टि चक्र को फिराना है। बाप की याद से तुम्हारे विकर्म विनाश होंगे, आयु बड़ी होगी और चक्र को जानने से चक्रवर्ती राजा बन जायेंगे-यही है सहज पुरूषार्थ।
धारणा के लिए मुख्य सार :
१.यह एक-एक अविनाशी ज्ञान का रत्न लाखों-करोड़ों रूपयों का है, इन्हें दान कर कदम-कदम पर पदमों की कमाई जमा करनी है। आप समान बनाकर ऊंच पद पाना है।
२.विकर्मों से बचने के लिए देही-अभिमानी रहने का पुरूषार्थ करना है। मन्सा में कभी बुरे संकल्प आयें तो उन्हें रोकना है। अच्छे संकल्प चलाने हैं। कर्मेन्द्रियों से कभी कोई उल्टा कर्म नहीं करना है। 

वरदान: बाप द्वारा सफलता का तिलक प्राप्त करने वाले सदा आज्ञाकारी, दिलख्तनशीन भव! 
भाग्य विधाता बाप रोज अमृतवेले अपने आज्ञाकारी बच्चों को सफलता का तिलक लगाते हैं। आज्ञाकारी ब्राह्मण बच्चे कभी मेहनत वा मुश्किल शब्द मुख से तो क्या संकल्प में भी नहीं ला सकते हैं। वह सहजयोगी बन जाते हैं इसलिए कभी भी दिलशिकस्त नहीं बनो लेकिन सदा दिलतख्तनशीन बनो, रहमदिल बनो। अहम भाव और वहम भाव को समाप्त करो। 

स्लोगन: विश्व परिवर्तन की डेट नहीं सोचो, स्वयं के परिवर्तन की घड़ी निश्चित करो।

Answer: The Father says: You children must remain absolutely silent. It is only by remaining silent that you will be able to receive the Father’s inheritance. You have to remember the Father and spin the discus of self-realisation. By having remembrance of the Father, your sins will be absolved and your lifespan will increase, and, by knowing the cycle, you will become rulers of the globe. This effort is easy for you. Essence for Dharna:
1.Each imperishable jewel of knowledge is worth hundreds of thousands and tens of millions of rupees. You have to accumulate an income of multimillions at every step by donating them. You have to claim a high status by making others the same as you.
2.In order to be saved from performing sinful actions, make effort to remain soul conscious. If there are ever any bad thoughts in your mind, you have to stop them. You must have good thoughts. Do not ever perform any wrong action through your sense organs.
Blessing: May you be obedient and be constantly seated on the heart-throne and attain the tilak of success from the Father.
Every day at amrit vela, the Father, the Bestower of Fortune, gives His obedient children a tilak of success. Let alone speaking the words “hard work” and “difficult”, obedient Brahmin children cannot even have these words in their thoughts. Such souls become easy yogis; therefore, never be disheartened, but always be seated on the heart-throne and be merciful. Finish the consciousness of “I” and any feeling of doubt.

“मीठे बच्चे - तुम अभी पुरानी दुनिया के गेट से निकलकर शान्तिधाम और सुखधाम में जा रहे हो, बाप ही मुक्ति-जीवनमुक्ति का रास्ता बताते हैं”
प्रश्न: वर्तमान समय सबसे अच्छा कर्म कौन सा है ?
उत्तर: सबसे अच्छा कर्म है मन्सा, वाचा, कर्मणा अन्धों की लाठी बनना। तुम बच्चों को विचार सागर मंथन करना चाहिए कि ऐसा कौन-सा शब्द लिखें जो मनुष्यों को घर का (मुक्ति का) और जीवनमुक्ति का रास्ता मिल जाए। मनुष्य सहज समझ लें कि यहाँ शान्ति सुख की दुनिया में जाने का रास्ता बताया जाता है।
धारणा के लिए मुख्य सार :
१.मन्सा-वाचा-कर्मणा कभी भी क्रोध नहीं करना है। इन तीनों खिड़कियों पर बहुत ध्यान रखना है। वाचा अधिक नहीं चलाना है। एक-दो को दु:ख नहीं देना है।
२.ज्ञान और योग में मस्त रह अन्तिम सीन सीनरी देखनी हैं। अपने वा दूसरों के नाम-रूप को भूल मैं आत्मा हूँ, इस स्मृति से देहभान को समाप्त करना है।

वरदान: अलबेलेपन की नींद को तलाक देने वाले निद्राजीत, चक्रवर्ती भव! 
साक्षात्कार मूर्त बन भक्तों को साक्षात्कार कराने के लिए अथवा चक्रवर्ती बनने के लिए निद्राजीत बनो। जब विनाशकाल भूलता है तब अलबेलेपन की नींद आती है। भक्तों की पुकार सुनो, दु:खी आत्माओं के दु:ख की पुकार सुनो, प्यासी आत्माओं के प्रार्थना की आवाज सुनो तो कभी भी अलबेलेपन की नींद नहीं आयेगी। तो अब सदा जागती ज्योत बन अलबेलेपन की नींद को तलाक दो और साक्षात्कार मूर्त बनो। 

स्लोगन: तन-मन-धन, मन-वाणी-कर्म -किसी भी प्रकार से बाप के कर्तव्य में सहयोगी बनो तो सहजयोगी बन जायेंगे।

When you forget the time of destruction, you fall asleep in the sleep of carelessness. प्रश्न: अभी तुम बच्चों का मुख्य पुरूषार्थ क्या है ?
उत्तर: तुम सजाओं से छूटने का ही पुरूषार्थ करते रहते हो। उसके लिए मुख्य है याद की यात्रा, जिससे ही विकर्म विनाश होते हैं। तुम प्यार से याद करो तो बहुत कमाई जमा होती जायेगी। सवेरे-सवेरे उठकर याद में बैठने से पुरानी दुनिया भूलती जायेगी। ज्ञान की बातें बुद्धि में आती रहेंगी। तुम बच्चों को मुख से कोई किचड़-पट्टी की बातें नहीं बोलनी हैं।

धारणा के लिए मुख्य सार :
१.कितना भी कोई प्यारा सम्बन्धी हो उसमें मोह की रग नहीं जानी चाहिए। नष्टोमोहा बनना है। युक्ति से समझाना है। अपने ऊपर और दूसरों पर रहम करना है।
२.बाप और टीचर को बहुत प्यार से याद करना है। नशा रहे भगवान हमको पढ़ाते हैं, विश्व की बादशाही देते हैं! घूमते फिरते याद में रहना है, झरमुई, झगमुई नहीं करना है।

वरदान: सर्व शक्तियों को आर्डर प्रमाण अपना सहयोगी बनाने वाले प्रकृति जीत भव! 
सबसे बड़े ते बड़ी दासी प्रकृति है। जो बच्चे प्रकृतिजीत बनने का वरदान प्राप्त कर लेते हैं उनके आर्डर प्रमाण सर्व शक्तियां और प्रकृति रूपी दासी कार्य करती है अर्थात् समय पर सहयोग देती हैं। लेकिन यदि प्रकृतिजीत बनने के बजाए अलबेलेपन की नींद में व अल्पकाल की प्राप्ति के नशे में व व्यर्थ संकल्पों के नाच में मस्त होकर अपना समय गंवाते हो तो शक्तियां आर्डर पर कार्य नहीं कर सकती, इसलिए चेक करो कि पहले मुख्य संकल्प शक्ति, निर्णय शक्ति और संस्कार की शक्ति तीनों ही आर्डर में हैं ?

स्लोगन: बापदादा के गुण गाते रहो तो स्वयं भी गुणमूर्त बन जायेंगे।

Answer: You have to make effort to be liberated from punishment. For this, the pilgrimage of remembrance is the main thing. It is by having this remembrance that your sins are absolved. Remember Baba with love and you will continue to accumulate a great deal of income. By waking up early in the morning and sitting in remembrance, you will forget the old world and only things of knowledge will then enter your intellects. You children must not let any rubbish emerge from your lips. Song: Having found You, we have found everything; the earth and the sky belong to us.
Essence for Dharna:
1.No matter how loving your relatives may be, you must not allow any thread of attachment to pull you. Become a conqueror of attachment. Explain to them tactfully. Have mercy for yourself and for others!
2.Remember the Father, the Teacher, with a lot of love. Have the intoxication that God is teaching you and that He is giving you the sovereignty of the world. When you go for a walk, stay in remembrance. Do not gossip.
Blessing: May you be a conqueror of matter and make all powers co-operative with you according to your orders.
The biggest of all servants is matter. All powers and matter work according to the orders of the children who have received the blessing of being a conqueror of matter, that is, matter co¬operates at a time of need. However, if, instead of becoming a conqueror of matter, you waste your time in the sleep of carelessness, in the intoxication of temporary attainments or dancing in the intoxication of waste thoughts, then the powers cannot work according to your orders. Therefore, first of all, check: Are your main powers of thinking, of making decisions and your sanskars in order?

वरदान: श्रीमत से मनमत और जनमत की मिलावट को समाप्त करने वाले सच्चे स्व कल्याणी भव ! बाप ने बच्चों को सभी खजाने स्व कल्याण और विश्व कल्याण के प्रति दिए हैं लेकिन उन्हें व्यर्थ तरफ लगाना, अकल्याण के कार्य में लगाना, श्रीमत में मनमत और जनमत की मिलावट करना-यह अमानत में ख्यानत है। अब इस ख्यानत और मिलावट को समाप्त कर रूहानियत और रहम को धारण करो। अपने ऊपर और सर्व के ऊपर रहम कर स्व कल्याणी बनो। स्व को देखो, बाप को देखो औरों को नहीं देखो।

However, to use them wastefully or for a non-benevolent task, to mix up the dictates of yourself and of other people with shrimat is to be dishonest in looking after something valuable that has been entrusted to you. Now, finish this dishonesty and mix up and imbibe spirituality and mercy. Have mercy on yourself and others and benefit yourself. Look at yourself, look at the Father; do not look at others. उत्तर: बाप की याद में बैठते समय देह भी याद न आये। आत्म-अभिमानी बन बाप को याद करो, यही मेहनत है। इसमें ही विघ्न पड़ता है क्योंकि आधाकल्प देह-अभिमानी रहे हो। भक्ति माना ही देह की याद।
धारणा के लिए मुख्य सार :
१.संगदोष से अपनी बहुत-बहुत सम्भाल करनी है। कभी पतितों के संग में नहीं आना है। साइलेन्स बल से इस सृष्टि को पावन बनाने की सेवा करनी है।
२.ड्रामा कोअच्छी तरह समझकर हर्षित रहना है। अपना सब कुछ नई दुनिया के लिए ट्रांसफर करना है।
वरदान: बीती हुई बातों को रहमदिल बन समाने वाले शुभचिंतक भव!
यदि किसी की बीती हुई कमजोरी की बातें कोई सुनाये तो शुभ भावना से किनारा कर लो। व्यर्थ चिंतन या कमजोरी की बातें आपस में नहीं चलनी चाहिए। बीती हुई बातों को रहमदिल बनकर समा लो। समाकर शुभ भावना से उस आत्मा के प्रति मन्सा सेवा करते रहो। भले संस्कारों के वश कोई उल्टा कहता, करता या सुनता है तो उसे परिवर्तन करो। एक से दो तक, दो से तीन तक ऐसे व्यर्थ बातों की माला न हो जाए। ऐसा अटेन्शन रखना अर्थात् शुभचिंतक बनना।

स्लोगन: सन्तुष्टमणि बनो तो प्रभु प्रिय, लोकप्रिय और स्वयंप्रिय बन जायेंगे।

Essence: Sweet children, this knowledge makes you cool. This knowledge finishes the fires of lust and anger. Such fires cannot be finished by performing devotion. Question: What main effort do you have to make to have remembrance ?
Answer: At the time of sitting in remembrance of the Father, not even your own body should be remembered. Be soul conscious and remember the Father. This is the effort you have to make. It is in this that there are obstacles, because you have been body conscious for half a cycle. Devotion means remembering the body.
Essence for Dharna:
1.Remain very cautious of the influence of bad company. Never go into the company of impure ones. Do the service of purifying this world with the power of silence.
2.Understand the drama very clearly and remain cheerful. Transfer everything of yours to the new world.
Blessing: May you have pure and positive thoughts for others and merge all the things of the past by being merciful.
If anyone tells you anything about the weaknesses of the past of others, step away from that one with good wishes. Let there not be wasteful thinking or conversations of the weaknesses of others among yourselves. Merge the things of the past by being merciful. Merge them and, with good wishes, continue to serve that soul with your mind. Even if some say, do or listen to wrong things under the influence of their sanskars, transform them. Let a garland not be created of those wasteful things by spreading them from one to two, two to three etc. To pay such attention means to be one with pure and positive thoughts for others.
Slogan: Become a jewel of contentment and you will be loved by God, loved by people and loved by yourself.
