मुरली सार: 
मीठे बच्चे,-प्योरिटी बिगर मनुष्य कोई काम का नहीं इसलिए तुम्हें पवित्र बन दूसरों को पवित्र बनाने में मदद करना है |
प्रश्न: किस निश्चय के बिगर खाना आबाद होने के बजाए बरबाद हो जाता है ?
उत्तर: अगर निश्चय नहीं कि मोस्ट बिलवेड बाप हमें पढ़ा रहे हैं, हम आये हैं ज्ञान और योग सीखकर वर्सा लेने तो खाना बरबाद हो जाता है। संशय उठा माना तकदीर को लकीर लगी, इसलिए निश्चय में ही विजय है। बाप माताओं को आगे रखते हैं इसमें ईष्या करने की बात नहीं, इसमें भी बच्चों को संशय वा देह-अभिमान नहीं आना चाहिए।

धारणा के लिए मुख्य सार:
१.श्रीमत पर चल बाप के साथ मददगार बन सारे विश्व पर प्योरिटी, पीस स्थापन कर पीस-प्राइज़ लेनी है।
२.माताओं-बहनों को सितम से बचाना है। माताओं का मर्तबा बढ़ाना है। रिगॉर्ड रखना है।
वरदान: अपसेट होने के बजाए हिसाब-किताब को खुशी-खुशी से चुक्तू करने वाले निश्चिंत आत्मा भव |
यदि कभी कोई बात कहता है तो उसमें फौरन अपसेट नहीं हो जाओ, पहले स्पष्ट करो या वेरीफाय कराओ कि किस भाव से कहा है, अगर आपकी गलती नहीं है तो निश्चिंत हो जाओ। यह बात स्मृति में रहे कि ब्राह्मण आत्माओं द्वारा यहाँ ही सब हिसाब-किताब चुक्तू होने हैं। धर्मराजपुरी से बचने के लिए ब्राह्मण कहाँ न कहाँ निमित्त बन जाते हैं इसलिए घबराओ नहीं, खुशी-खुशी से चुक्तू करो। इसमें तरक्की (उन्नति) ही होनी है।
स्लोगन: ”बाप ही संसार है” सदा इस स्मृति में रहना – यही सहजयोग है।

Essence: Sweet children, human beings with no purity are of no use. Therefore, you have to help by becoming pure and making others pure.
Question: Unless you have which faith does your life get destroyed instead of it flourishing ?
Answer: If you don’t have the faith that the most beloved Father is teaching you, that you have come here to study knowledge and yoga and claim an inheritance, your life gets destroyed. To have this doubt means to cross out the line of your fortune. This is why there is victory in faith. The Father places the mothers in the front. There is no question of jealousy in this. Children should not have any doubts or body consciousness in this.
Song: Who has come to the door of my mind with the sound of ankle-bells?
Essence for dharna:1.Follow shrimat, become the Father’s helpers, establish peace and purity throughout the whole world and claim a peace prize.2
.Protect the mothers and sisters from atrocities. Elevate the status of the mothers. Give them regard.
Blessing: May you be a carefree soul and happily settle your karmic accounts instead of getting upset.When someone says anything, do not instantly get upset. First of all, clarify it or have it verified as to what motive it is being said with. If it is not your mistake, then become carefree. Keep it in your awareness that all karmic accounts are to be settled here through Brahmin souls. In order for you to be saved from the land of Dharamraj, Brahmins become instruments in one way or another. Therefore, do not be afraid, but settle your accounts in happiness. There will only be progress through this.
Slogan: “The Father is my world”. To maintain this awareness constantly is easy yoga.
