“मीठे बच्चे - तुम्हारा पहला-पहला शब्क (पाठ) है - मैं आत्मा हूँ, शरीर नहीं, आत्म- अभिमानी होकर रहो तो बाप की याद रहेगी”
प्रश्न: तुम बच्चों के पास कौन सा गुप्त खजाना है, जो मनुष्यों के पास नहीं है ?
उत्तर: तुम्हें भगवान बाप पढ़ाते हैं, उस पढ़ाई की खुशी का गुप्त खजाना तुम्हारे पास है। तुम जानते हो हम जो पढ़ रहे हैं, भविष्य अमरलोक के लिए न कि इस मृत्युलोक के लिए। बाप कहते हैं सवेरे-सवेरे उठकर घूमो फिरो, सिर्फ पहला-पहला पाठ याद करो तो खुशी का खजाना जमा होता जायेगा।
धारणा के लिए मुख्य सार :
१.योगबल से अपनी सर्व कर्मेन्द्रियों को वश में करना है। एक वृक्षपति बाप की याद में रहना है। सच्चा वैष्णव अर्थात् पवित्र बनना है।
२.सवेरे उठकर पहला पाठ पक्का करना है कि मैं आत्मा हूँ, शरीर नहीं। हमारा रूहानी बाबा हमको पढ़ाते हैं, यह दु:ख की दुनिया अब बदलनी है...... ऐसे बुद्धि में सारा ज्ञानसिमरण होता रहे।  

वरदान:- न्यारे और प्यारे बनने का राज जानकर राजी रहने वाले राजयुक्त भव!
जो बच्चे प्रवृत्ति में रहते न्यारे और प्यारे बनने का राज जानते हैं वह सदा स्वयं भी स्वयं से राजी रहते हैं, प्रवृत्ति को भी राजी रखते हैं। साथ-साथ सच्ची दिल होने के कारण साहेब भी सदैव उन पर राजी रहता है। ऐसे राजी रहने वाले राजयुक्त बच्चों को अपने प्रति व अन्य किसी के प्रति किसी को काजी बनाने की जरूरत नहीं रहती क्योंकि वह अपना फैंसला अपने आप कर लेते हैं इसलिए उन्हें किसी को काजी, वकील या जज बनाने की जरूरत ही नहीं।

स्लोगन: सेवा से जो दुआयें मिलती हैं-वह दुआयें ही तन्दरूस्ती का आधार हैं।

Essence: Sweet children, your first lesson is: I am a soul, not a body. Remain soul conscious and you will be able to remember the Father.
Question: What incognito treasure, that people of the world don’t have, do you children have ?
Answer: You have the incognito treasure of happiness, knowing that God, the Father, is teaching you. You know that this present study of yours is for your future land of immortality, not for this land of death. The Father says: Wake up early in the morning and go for a walk etc., but remember the first lesson and you will continue to accumulate happiness in your account.
Essence for Dharna:
1.Control all your physical organs with the power of yoga. Stay in remembrance of the one Father, the Lord of the Tree. Become a true Vaishnav; that means, become pure! 2.Wake up early in the morning and make the first lesson firm: I am a soul, not a body. Our spiritual Baba is teaching us. This world of sorrow now has to change. Continue to use your intellect to churn all of this knowledge in this way.
Blessing: May you be one who understands the significance of all secrets and who remains content by knowing the significance of remaining detached and loving.
The children who understand the significance of remaining detached and loving while living with their families are always content with themselves and they also keep their families content. Together with this, because of having true hearts, the Lord is also always pleased with them. Such children who understand the significance of all secrets and who remain happy do not need to make anyone their advisor or an advisor for anyone else. Because they make their own decisions, they do not need to make anyone their advisor, lawyer or judge.
