“मीठे बच्चे - यह तुम्हारा जीवन बहुत-बहुत अमूल्य है, क्योंकि तुम श्रीमत पर विश्व की सेवा करते हो, इस हेल को हेविन बना देते हो” 
प्रश्न: खुशी गायब होने का कारण तथा उसका निवारण क्या है ?
उत्तर: खुशी गायब होती है-(१) देह-अभिमान में आने के कारण, (२) दिल में जब कोई शंका पैदा हो जाती है तो भी खुशी गुम हो जाती है इसलिए बाबा राय देते हैं, जब भी कोई शंका उत्पन्न हो तो फौरन बाबा से पूछो। देही-अभिमानी रहने का अभ्यास करो तो सदैव खुश रहेंगे।
धारणा के लिए मुख्य सार: 
१.स्थूल, सूक्ष्म खिदमत (सेवा) कर अपार खुशी का अनुभव करना और कराना है। चलन और खान- पान में बहुत रॉयल्टी रखनी है।
२.अमरलोक में ऊंच पद पाने के लिए पवित्र बनने के साथ-साथ दैवीगुण भी धारण करने हैं। अपना पोतामेल देखना है कि हम बाबा को कितना याद करते हैं? अविनाशी ज्ञान रत्नों की कमाई जमा कर रहे हैं? कान प्योर बने हैं जिसमें धारणा हो सके?

वरदान: सदा अतीन्द्रिय सुख के झूले में झूलने वाले संगमयुग की सर्व अलौकिक प्राप्तियों से सम्पन्न भव 
जो बच्चे अलौकिक प्राप्तियों से सदा सम्पन्न हैं वो अतीन्द्रिय सुख के झूले में झूलते रहते हैं। जैसे जो लाडले बच्चे होते हैं उनको झूले में झुलाते हैं। ऐसे सर्व प्राप्ति सम्पन्न ब्राह्मणों का झूला अतीन्द्रिय सुख का झूला है। इसी झूले में सदा झूलते रहो। कभी भी देह अभिमान में नहीं आना। जो झूले से उतरकर धरती पर पांव रखते हैं वो मैले हो जाते हैं। ऊंचे से ऊंचे बाप के स्वच्छ बच्चे सदा अतीन्द्रिय सुख के झूले में झूलते, मिट्टी में पांव नहीं रख सकते।

स्लोगन: “मैं त्यागी हूँ” इस अभिमान का त्याग ही सच्चा त्याग है।

Sweet children, this life of yours is very, very valuable because you are now serving the world according to shrimat. You are making this hell into heaven. 
Question: What is the reason why your happiness disappears and how can you resolve that ?
Answer: Your happiness disappears: 1.When you become body conscious 2.When you have doubts in your heart. This is why Baba advises you: Whenever any doubt arises, instantly ask Baba about it. Practise being soul conscious and you will remain constantly happy.
Essence for Dharna: 
1.Do physical and subtle service and experience limitless happiness and also give others this experience. Have great royalty in your behaviour and your food and drink.
2.In order to claim a high status in the land of immortality, become pure and also imbibe divine virtues. Check your chart to see how much you remember Baba. Check that you are accumulating an imperishable income for yourself. Make your ears pure so that you are able to imbibe everything.
Blessing: May you be full of the alokik attainments of the confluence age and constantly swing in the swing of supersensuous joy. 
Those children who are constantly full of alokik attainments continue to swing in the swings of supersensuous joy. Specially beloved children are always set swinging in a swing. Similarly, the swing of the Brahmins who are full of all attainments is the swing of supersensuous joy. Constantly continue to swing in this swing. Never come into body consciousness. Those who get off the swings and put their feet on the ground become dirty. The pure and clean children of the highest-on-high Father constantly continue to swing in the swing of supersensuous joy; they never put their feet in the mud.
Slogan: Renunciation of the ego of “I am a renunciate” is real renunciation.
